About Us:

Kurasa Africa is redefining the educational experience with our advanced web platform that empowers teachers to streamline lesson planning, manage assessments, and record student data, all while supporting the unique needs of the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC). We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive on innovation and educational technology to join our team as Regional Experts. This role is a blend of tech-savviness, curriculum expertise, and community-building within the education sector.

Role Overview:

Regional Experts are pivotal to Kurasa’s mission, serving as both trainers and ambassadors. They deliver training to educators, ensuring that they can effectively integrate Kurasa into their daily routines. This role demands an understanding of CBC, an eye for educational technology, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Training & Support: Conduct engaging training sessions, update materials as curricula evolve, and provide consistent support to teachers.
Curriculum Expertise: Leverage CBC insights to enhance training relevance and align Kurasa with real classroom needs.
Technology Integration: Demonstrate Kurasa’s capabilities, troubleshooting technical issues, and empowering teachers to embrace educational tech.
Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback, relay user insights to product development, and contribute to Kurasa’s continuous improvement.
Community Building & Leadership: Cultivate a vibrant community of educators who collaborate, share, and grow through Kurasa.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in teaching or school administration, preferably within the CBC framework.
Proven experience in training, team management, or educational technology.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Tech proficiency with LMS or educational software experience.
Added Advantages: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sales, Technology, or related fields, or additional certifications in educational tech or curriculum development.
