Welcome to Problem Solvers League (PSL), a daily learning challenge product under Kurasa Africa Ltd. PSL is designed to provide learners with safe, fun, and engaging daily academic practice.
By registering, using, or allowing your child to use PSL, you agree to these User Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. Who Can Use PSL
PSL is intended for learners in school-going age, with access supervised by:
- Parents, Guardians, or Responsible Adults, or
- Schools and Teachers, where appropriate school consent is in place.
If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for supervising your child’s use of PSL, including:
- Assisting with account registration;
- Managing payments (where applicable);
- Monitoring participation in the league.
Learners are not allowed to use PSL without parental/guardian oversight.
3. What Data We Collect
When you or your learner uses PSL, we may collect:
- Basic Account Information: Nickname, grade level, school name (if applicable).
- Challenge Participation Data: Challenge scores, streak counts, leaderboard rankings.
- Optional Personalization Data: Avatar selection, preferred name/nickname.
- Device & Usage Information: Browser type, device type, approximate location (county-level), to improve our services.
- Parent/Guardian Contact Information (email or phone number for account management).
4. How We Use Data
All collected data is used strictly for educational, user experience, and operational purposes:
- To deliver daily challenges and track learner progress.
- To personalize the user experience (avatars, nicknames, streak tracking).
- To generate leaderboards within class, school, county, and national levels.
- To communicate performance feedback and tips.
- To issue rewards, badges, or certificates of participation.
- To contact parents/guardians regarding learner progress, payments, or system updates.
PSL does not sell, rent, or commercially exploit learner data to any third party.
5. Data Security
We take the privacy and security of learners seriously:
- Data is encrypted in transit and stored securely on compliant servers.
- Only authorized PSL administrators have access to identifiable data.
- Data is never shared with unauthorized third parties.
6. Rights of Parents/Guardians
Parents and guardians have the right to:
- Request access to their learner’s data at any time.
- Request deletion of their learner’s account and associated data.
- Manage account preferences including nickname and personalization options.

7. Payment Terms
Where applicable, PSL offers flexible pricing:
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual plans, with clear savings options.
- Payment transactions are handled securely via mobile money or bank options.
- Refunds or adjustments are subject to Kurasa Africa’s refund policy, available at psl.kurasa.co/refunds.
8. Responsible Use Guidelines
PSL is an academic platform intended to promote:
- Positive learning engagement
- Respectful participation on leaderboards
- Fair competition (no cheating or external assistance during challenges)
Learner accounts found engaging in unfair play may be suspended or terminated.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify parents/guardians via email or SMS, and changes will be clearly visible on the PSL platform.
