94% create digital lesson plans on Kurasa
Ninety-four percent of the 208 teachers create digital lesson plans. Ninety percent run CBC assessments. Seventy percent said they signed up to ease workload. Those three numbers describe the same weekday: get a competent plan on the page, then teach from it.
Of the 95% who said teaching practices improved, 94% named better lesson planning. Next came identifying weak areas of knowledge (79%) and more time with students (78%). Training matched that ranking: 89% found it very useful, and 71% said lesson planning was the single most important piece.
A later documentary line from 2023 — “the game is won in the planning” — is a headteacher’s phrase, not a 60 Decibels finding. It happens to rhyme with what these teachers reported a year later.
