This page is not a victory lap. 60 Decibels scored NPS in the bottom 40% of its education benchmark, and challenges in the bottom 20%. Citing the study means citing that too.

Among those who hit a snag
Promoters talked about time efficiency, a user-friendly interface and reduced paperwork. Passives still liked time efficiency, then asked for more features and offline functionality. Detractors — a small group — wanted a better interface and closer curriculum alignment.
Forty percent of teachers had experienced a challenge. That is a bottom-20% result on the same benchmark. Among them, 40% talked about technical difficulties, 33% about network, 25% about data loss. Their NPS was 15. Teachers who had not hit a snag sat at 57. Female teachers reported challenges slightly more often than male teachers.
The quotes are specific. A 24-year-old woman cannot open the platform without internet. A 31-year-old man had names drop off a register he had already uploaded. Those are product problems, not “change management.”
