The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Frontend Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. As the lead for our frontend development efforts, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing user-facing features. Your expertise in Angular and frontend technologies will drive our platform’s scalability and seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend development team in building and maintaining our Angular-based application.
- Architect and implement scalable, reusable, and high-performance components.
- Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver a cohesive user experience.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and responsiveness across devices.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our platform.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues effectively.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years using Angular (v10+ preferred).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries like NgRx or equivalent.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in EdTech or a related industry is a plus.
- Understanding of micro-frontend architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
