Appoint a school lead, check the class structure and prepare the information needed to create the workspace. Assign appropriate roles and invite the staff who will maintain the first routine. Use onboarding guidance to identify what can be prepared locally and where support is needed.
Grow into school-wide use
Begin with a class or team that has a clear teaching or administrative need. Review setup issues and staff questions after the first cycle, then agree the next workflow to introduce. A staged approach helps the school define responsibilities and make training relevant to everyday work.
Understand the plan
Compare Chanzo, Hakika and Imara around the workflows required by your school. A classroom cohort is the billing unit for the confirmed school-plan model. Review current inclusions, staged features, support and separate aiDE credit arrangements before committing to an order or a wider rollout.
Make the first workflow useful
Choose a regular task that staff already need to complete, such as lesson planning or recording attendance. Check class and learner information, name the people responsible and agree how leaders will review use. A manageable starting routine gives the school a clearer basis for extending Kurasa over time.
