Capability
Monitor implementation with the right evidence
Plan monitoring workflows for school programmes, implementation and learning evidence.
Separate activity, coverage and learning
A programme can record which schools submitted data, how many planned activities were completed and which learners have results. Report those measures separately: a completed training session and a change in learner performance describe different things. Track gaps and name the person responsible for following each one up.
Choose measures the team can maintain
Begin with the programme questions that matter for delivery. Define the sites, participants, period and data source for each measure, together with the person responsible for review. Keep activity, participation and learning evidence distinct so that a report supports a useful conversation about progress and the next action.
Check the evidence before interpreting it
Review missing records and differences between sites before comparing results. Include delivery conditions and educator feedback in the discussion. Explore the monitoring and evaluation solution page and TLAP for reporting conversations, then bring your programme framework to Kurasa to discuss the supported workflows and implementation scope.
