Capability

Connect professional learning to classroom practice

Kurasa Academy is practical learning tied to the workspace. A public teaching profile and leagues based on a teacher’s own work are in development. Learner results are not the score.

  • Build confidence with planning, assessment, reporting and learner support.
  • Combine training, peer learning and leadership support.

Practise a task that matters this week

Choose a concrete activity such as preparing a lesson, recording a formative check or reviewing a class report. Staff can practise it with the school context they already know. This makes professional learning easier to connect to teaching and helps identify questions that need further guidance or local support.

Create room for continued learning

A training session is one part of adoption. Agree who staff can ask for help, when teams can share experience and how leaders will follow up on recurring barriers. Explore Kurasa Academy and implementation support, then confirm the current learning formats and arrangements available for your school or programme.
