Who can use this feature
Use your own school account. Teachers need the relevant class and learning-area allocations; reviewers need the school’s authorised review access. A visible menu does not grant permission to change another person’s work.

Check school, academic year, term, curriculum and teaching allocation first. Keep the approved curriculum reference and school timetable available.
Complete the class/area, curriculum choices and schedule first. Check prefilled values before keeping them.

- For regular CBC, complete Learning Experiences, Learning outcomes, Key Inquiry Questions and Lesson Development.
- For IGCSE, complete Learning Objectives, Rationale and Lesson Development.
- For CCP, complete standard, indicator, class size, lesson/total numbers, preferred indicator name, core competencies and all three stage durations.
- For a CBC revision lesson, check the automatic references and default Revision text; still write Lesson Development. Review validation and save.

Tap a selector and search within its list. Choose upstream fields first. Close the keyboard to reach lower fields and the final action; review the whole form before submitting.
Reopen the saved item from the list. Use landscape or a larger screen for a wide planning grid; the written steps remain available beside each walkthrough.
Save and verify
Reopen the plan and check the required content survived saving. An initial value or suggestion still needs teacher review.
Troubleshooting
A curriculum choice is missing
Confirm school, year, curriculum and allocation. Select the preceding item and wait for loading; clear the search filter. Ask the administrator to check curriculum support if the list remains empty.
The form remains incomplete after filling the visible text
Look for an unselected list item, cleared curriculum choice or CCP number/duration. Use the field message; do not add hidden identifiers manually.
The action did not complete
Read the validation message and correct the named field. If a request may have succeeded, check the saved list before retrying. Keep the draft open until its saved version is confirmed.
