Overview

Records of Work Covered groups saved lesson plans by year, term and class/area. Open the relevant plan to add its self evaluation after the lesson date; use teaching-session reflection where that workflow is enabled.

Practice example: all names, records and amounts are fictional. Options vary with your school’s curriculum, currency and access.

Interface labels are shown in English. Follow the translated steps below to find each control. Follow the sequence, review the recorded information and choose the next step.

Who can use this feature

Use your own school account. Teachers need the relevant class and learning-area allocations; reviewers need the school’s authorised review access. A visible menu does not grant permission to change another person’s work.

Before you start

Check school, academic year, term, curriculum and teaching allocation first. Keep the approved curriculum reference and school timetable available.

Have the saved lesson and your observations ready. Self evaluation becomes available after its lesson date.

  1. Open Records of Work Covered and choose the year/term and class/learning-area row.
  2. Choose View lesson plans, then View or Edit to inspect the intended record. After the lesson date, open Self evaluation.
  3. Complete What went well?, What didn’t go well? and What could be done better?, then Submit. All three remarks are required.
  4. If using Teach mode, record its reflection separately: choose Yes, Partly or No, add follow-up and check any home-task sharing switch before Finish.
  5. Reopen the lesson and check the saved evaluation. Use View Report for that term’s record; distinguish planned content from confirmed teaching.

If section tabs are hidden on a phone, open More where available. Swipe wide tables sideways to reach every column.

On a phone, open the school menu and the feature named in the steps. Use the same school, year and class checks. Open one form or lesson at a time and scroll inside its panel.

Tap a selector and search within its list. Choose upstream fields first. Close the keyboard to reach lower fields and the final action; review the whole form before submitting.

Reopen the saved item from the list. Use landscape or a larger screen for a wide planning grid; the written steps remain available beside each walkthrough.

Save and verify

The record distinguishes taught activities, unfinished work and the next action. Check attendance and learner assessment in their own workflows.

Troubleshooting

A curriculum choice is missing

Confirm school, year, curriculum and allocation. Select the preceding item and wait for loading; clear the search filter. Ask the administrator to check curriculum support if the list remains empty.

A completed plan still appears as untaught

A plan is preparation, not a delivery record. Check the session and reflection; use only the supported correction/resolution action that matches what happened.

The action did not complete

Read the validation message and correct the named field. If a request may have succeeded, check the saved list before retrying. Keep the draft open until its saved version is confirmed.
