Interface labels are shown in English. Follow the translated steps below to find each control. Follow the sequence, review the recorded information and choose the next step.
Who can use this feature
Use your own school account. Teachers need the relevant class and learning-area allocations; reviewers need the school’s authorised review access. A visible menu does not grant permission to change another person’s work.
Before you start
Check school, academic year, term, curriculum and teaching allocation first. Keep the approved curriculum reference and school timetable available.
Save the plan first, verify its class and date, and preview resources before learners need them.
Required and optional fields
| Field | Requirement | Format or example | Prerequisite |
|---|---|---|---|
| Date and time | Check before continuing | Choose a current or future teaching slot. Check any timetable default; a past time or conflicting lesson can block creation. | School timetable, academic year and term calendar. |
| Lesson length | Check before continuing | Select a positive duration in minutes. Check the grade-based default against the actual lesson slot. | School timetable, academic year and term calendar. |
| Objectives achieved | Required in this form | Required to finish the teaching session: Yes, Partly or No. Base the choice on the lesson; it is a reflection, not a learner grade. | What was actually taught and observed in the lesson. |
| Reflection and follow-up | Optional | Optional: record unfinished work and the next action. Check any home-task sharing switch separately before Finish. | What was actually taught and observed in the lesson. |

Mobile walkthrough
Check the lesson context and prepare the timed teaching sequence.
Screen walkthrough · 0:45Download GIF ↓On a phone, open the school menu and the feature named in the steps. Use the same school, year and class checks. Open one form or lesson at a time and scroll inside its panel.
Tap a selector and search within its list. Choose upstream fields first. Close the keyboard to reach lower fields and the final action; review the whole form before submitting.
Reopen the saved item from the list. Use landscape or a larger screen for a wide planning grid; the written steps remain available beside each walkthrough.
Save and verify
Check the lesson/session summary and recorded reflection. Opening a plan or running a timer alone is not evidence that all content was taught.
Troubleshooting
A curriculum choice is missing
Confirm school, year, curriculum and allocation. Select the preceding item and wait for loading; clear the search filter. Ask the administrator to check curriculum support if the list remains empty.
A session was opened only to look around
Use the offered short-session resolution honestly: Just looking differs from taught without Teach mode. Do not mark a lesson taught merely to clear a gap.
The action did not complete
Read the validation message and correct the named field. If a request may have succeeded, check the saved list before retrying. Keep the draft open until its saved version is confirmed.
