  1. Confirm school information and workspace administrator.
  2. Set roles and invite staff.
  3. Prepare learner information using the supported process.
  4. Choose a first workflow.
  5. Review setup and show users how to get help.

Prepare the information before you begin

Agree the school name, class structure, learner records and staff responsibilities. Check the information for duplicates and gaps before entry or migration. Identify who can approve corrections and who will help colleagues with access questions. This preparation gives teachers a clearer starting point when they begin the first classroom workflow.

Run a small working check

Invite the appropriate staff and confirm they can see the classes relevant to their role. Practise the first chosen task with the team, then review what needs correcting or explaining. Once the routine is understood, extend it to regular use. Contact Kurasa if the setup requires migration, configuration or coordinated training.

Thirty minutes for schoolwide setup. Each teacher then opens their own account. One appointed ICT lead keeps roles and term dates tidy.
