Daily Challenge

Families keep a short after-school practice. It supports learning. It does not replace teaching or the school’s own assessment.

What the school would see

School analytics are designed around Daily Challenge results, compared with similar schools. Other schools stay unnamed unless they opt in. Learner lists stay inside the school.

PSL Summative

PSL Summative supports structured assessment and review for participating schools. Assessment access is currently described as limited to internal customers. Confirm eligibility, the relevant assessment window and the reports available to your school before planning participation, then use the evidence within the school's normal teaching review.

PSL Daily Challenge

PSL Daily Challenge is a parent-managed practice experience for Grades 3–9, with five daily questions, short sessions, streaks, XP and a league. An adult manages participation. Use the routine to notice questions worth discussing and keep school assessment and family practice distinct.

Designed for momentum

Choose a practice routine the learner and supporting adult can sustain. Review difficult questions together and connect the conversation to classroom learning where helpful. Participation and activity indicators describe use; they should not be presented as proof of a learning outcome or a replacement for teaching.

Choose between practice and assessment

PSL Daily Challenge is designed around a regular practice habit for learners and families. PSL Summative supports structured assessment for participating schools. These experiences serve different purposes: daily practice keeps learning active, while an assessment can help educators review evidence and plan the next stage of support.

Connect the experience to learning

A learner’s practice result can open a conversation about a topic that needs attention. Families can encourage a steady routine and teachers can explain where additional classroom support is needed. Explore each PSL experience for its audience and access route, and confirm current school participation terms with Kurasa.

What a term is

Schools sit a shared assessment window. Learners’ work feeds insight reports so heads and teachers can see priorities before the next high-stakes moment — not only after it.
