What an authority can open today is the Ghana file, the KISEL memorandum, and the SCOPE page.

County, sub-county and zone summaries

This view is in development. An officer would see the schools below their level, as summaries the school has agreed to share. Learner names, families, fees and staff HR records stay in the school.

In development

The level you are responsible for

A county director would compare sub-counties. A sub-county officer would open zones and schools. A zone officer would confirm curriculum practice on a visit.

Counts, not case files

Shared views are school-level numbers: learning results, teacher deployment and visit actions. The school can see what the officer sees.

A sub-county view comparing zones as school-level summaries only.
