Support schools while seeing the wider picture

Kurasa can support networks that need consistent school workflows and a clearer view across participating schools.

Set a shared baseline

Agree the class structure, reporting periods and definitions that participating schools will use. Name a local contact at each school and clarify which information may be shared. A common starting point makes it easier to discuss group requirements without overlooking differences in school context.

Review group evidence

Start with an agreed question and review comparable records for the same period. Check missing data and differences in participation before interpreting variation between schools. Use the review to identify where a conversation or support visit is needed; confirm the available group-reporting scope with Kurasa.

Support adoption

Plan onboarding, training and follow-up around each school's starting point. Agree who handles setup questions, who reviews recurring issues and how learning from one site will reach the others. Confirm implementation responsibilities and support arrangements before extending the programme across additional schools.

Agree what schools will share

A network needs common definitions and responsibilities before group reporting becomes useful. Decide which records belong to each school, what the network needs to review and who can access each view. Keep local school context visible when discussing participation, teaching activity or learning evidence across the group.

Roll out in stages

Start with an agreed set of schools and a manageable workflow. Identify local contacts, training needs and the route for support. Review the first stage before extending participation. Kurasa can discuss the product fit, reporting requirements and implementation support needed for the network’s structure and available capacity.

The KEPSHA example

The July 2024 partnership note describes how KEPSHA introduced Kurasa Workspace and PSL to participating public primary schools through its association network. Use that context to discuss who would support adoption in your own network.
