Unsubscribe or request data deletion
Use this page to ask Kurasa Africa Ltd to stop updates or review a request about your personal information.
Stop updates you no longer want
Select “Unsubscribe from updates” and enter the email address receiving them. Name the list or message if you can, such as Kurasa launch updates. Requests enter the website inbox for the team to review and act on; sending this form does not immediately change your subscription.
Request deletion of personal information
Select “Request personal-data deletion” and explain which website enquiry, account or service your request concerns. Provide enough context to identify the record, without uploading learner records, passwords or identity documents. The team may need to verify your identity and authority before taking action.
School and family records
Only adults hold Kurasa accounts; learners participate through them. For information managed by a school, include the school name and your relationship to the record. A school may need to take part in reviewing a request about the information it manages. Avoid including a child’s detailed learning or health information in this initial request.
What happens after you send a request
Your request and contact details are saved in the private website inbox and emailed to Kurasa for follow-up. The team can contact you at the email address you provide to clarify the request or establish what action is appropriate. This form does not subscribe you to marketing, automatically delete records or guarantee a particular outcome.
