Who can use this feature
Sign in with your own account and choose the school workspace. Open aiDE, AI credits, Questions or Feed from the available navigation. Access and options depend on your workspace role and teaching assignments.
Before you start
To add a question, you need a teaching allocation for its class and learning area, with the curriculum hierarchy available. Prepare the question and answer before opening New Question.
Required and optional fields
| Field | Requirement | Format or example | Prerequisite |
|---|---|---|---|
| Learning area, strand, substrand and indicator | Required in this form | All four are required. Select the allocated class/learning area first, then each dependent curriculum choice. | Current workspace, your permissions and the selected saved records. |
| Question text | Required in this form | Question text is required even when attaching a question image. Use a clear prompt that a reviewer can understand. | Current workspace, your permissions and the selected saved records. |
| Written answer / answer image | Required when applicable | At least one is required: answer text or an answer image. Both may be provided. | Current workspace, your permissions and the selected saved records. |
| Question and answer images | Required when applicable | Optional unless the image is the only answer. Use JPG, JPEG or PNG, no more than 5,096 KiB per file, with readable content. | Current workspace, your permissions and the selected saved records. |
Picklist prerequisites
New-question options follow allocation → learning area → strand → substrand → indicator. A changed parent clears later choices. Search filters use level → learning area; choose a specific level before the area list loads.

- Enter question text even if attaching an image. Provide a written answer, an answer image or both. Check wording, calculations, readability and permission to reuse any material.
- Review the complete form and choose Submit. Wait for Question Submitted, then reopen View to verify the saved question and answer. A new submission is Pending, not automatically approved.
- Use the review status and remarks when deciding what needs revision. Where review access is available, a review requires Approved or Rejected and remarks. You cannot review your own question; ask another reviewer to check it.

Check the selected class, curriculum path, question, answer and review status. A submitted item remains a resource to review and adapt; its status does not establish classroom learning.
Troubleshooting
No learning area, strand or indicator to select?
Check your class allocation, academic year and selected curriculum first. Choose each parent before its child. Changing a parent clears later selections, so choose them again. In search filters, choose a specific level before expecting learning-area options.
If an action fails, preserve your draft, read the error and check the connection. Reopen the same task or list before retrying to avoid duplicate submissions or extra credit use.
