Bring curiosity about education work

Useful product and implementation work starts with listening. We value people who ask clear questions, learn from the experience of educators and follow through on commitments. Whether the work involves technology, product, learning or school support, it needs care for the people using the tools and the context around them.

Start with a relevant introduction

Email hello@mykurasa.com with the area that interests you and one example of relevant work: something you have built, taught, written or helped schools put into practice. Explain your contribution and what you learned. Treat this as an introduction rather than an application for a posted role.

We welcome introductions from people who understand teachers’ work, build thoughtful software and can support practical use in schools. Tell us about your experience and the work you would like to contribute.

The work

Product, engineering, school success and content. The test is a Monday morning in a real school, in Kenya, Rwanda or Ghana.

How to write

Email hello@mykurasa.com with a short letter and something you have shipped or taught. Write from Nairobi if you are visiting: 5th Floor, SUS Center, Keri Rd, Madaraka.
