Cameroon · school leaders and teaching teams
Competence becomes visible when a learner applies what they know in a familiar situation. For a Cameroon school, we begin with its anglophone or francophone subsystem, the programme taught and the planning documents teachers already use.

Local context
The anglophone and francophone subsystems have their own programmes and class terminology. A conversation about competency-based teaching begins with those documents, a familiar task and what the teacher needs to observe during the activity.
Your curriculum, your teaching practice
We use your school’s national curriculum, International Baccalaureate (IB) or Cambridge International programme as the reference for planning, teaching and assessment. The programme, level, subjects and syllabus edition are agreed during setup.
National pathway
MINEDUB — Ministère de l’Éducation de Base; MINESEC — Ministère des Enseignements Secondaires. We use the national programme for your level and subsystem: MINEDUB for basic education and MINESEC for secondary education. Connect the programme, lesson plan or fiche de préparation, classroom activity, formative assessment and follow-up within the competency-based approach (APC).
IB pathway
Use the IB programme your school teaches: PYP, MYP, DP or CP. Connect inquiry, unit planning, classroom activities, reflection and formative assessment to the programme’s requirements.
Cambridge pathway
Use the Cambridge programme and syllabus for your stage: Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE, or International AS & A Level. Plan by subject and syllabus, keep assessment evidence and prepare the next teaching step.
The classroom routine
Workspace brings lesson planning, attendance and formative evidence into one record. In a walkthrough, we explore that record against your curriculum and confirm the setup your school would need.
Choose a task from the programme and identify the knowledge and skills learners will use. Prepare the materials and instructions.
During individual or group work, listen to explanations and note how learners apply what has been taught.
Record the difficulty and the feedback offered. Prepare another example or a new opportunity to practise in the next lesson.
Evidence from the lesson
In a first walkthrough we can follow a numeracy task based on an everyday situation. The record connects the task, a learner’s explanation and the teacher’s follow-up. Your team chooses the example and programme terminology.
Use the walkthrough to agree curriculum requirements, classroom setup and staff support before planning the first teaching cycle.

Pricing
Compare the school plans in francs CFA BEAC (XAF). A classroom means one cohort of learners. Choose a billing period, then discuss curriculum setup, teacher support and the number of classes with our team.
Prices are per classroom: one cohort of learners, rather than one teacher or individual learner. KES and USD school-plan reference prices include applicable taxes. Local currency equivalents help you budget; your quote confirms the final terms.
Local-currency amounts are estimates for budgeting. Exchange rates dated 2026-10-30 from ExchangeRate-API. Your quote confirms the billing currency, payment method, taxes and final amount. Annual packages cover three billing terms; we agree how these fit your school’s terms, semesters or quarters.

Yes. Tell us the subsystem, level, programme and teaching language. We review curriculum mapping and available support together before confirming a setup. This guide is also available in French through the language selector.
A current curriculum document, a sample lesson plan and a description of the assessment records your staff keep. Use anonymised examples. Include your teaching language, class numbers and available devices in the enquiry.
Yes. Tell us the schools and levels involved, who will support the teachers and the planning or assessment routine you want to work on. We will agree the scope and a suitable first phase with you.
