Who can use this feature
Sign in with your own account and choose the school workspace. Open aiDE, AI credits, Questions or Feed from the available navigation. Access and options depend on your workspace role and teaching assignments.
Before you start
Open a saved task in Work. Have the curriculum reference and original sources available for comparison; a completed task still needs your professional review.
Required and optional fields
| Field | Requirement | Format or example | Prerequisite |
|---|---|---|---|
| Curriculum, sources and classroom sequence | Check before continuing | Check references, calculations, language, materials and accessibility against the original information before use. | Current workspace, your permissions and the selected saved records. |
| Task brief / follow-up request | Required when applicable | Describe the intended teaching task; up to 2,000 characters. A new request can also start from an attached source; a follow-up needs text. | Current workspace, your permissions and the selected saved records. |
| Proposed save, change or send | Required when applicable | Required only when the task pauses for approval. Check the target, scope and audience; a draft request is not approval. | Current workspace, your permissions and the selected saved records. |
Picklist prerequisites
Kurasa data and lesson-plan choices come from accessible records in the selected workspace and period. Choose the source or week, preview the snapshot and check scope. If empty, check access, saved records and dates before retrying.
Desktop walkthrough
Check the page, school and current context.
Screen walkthrough · 0:45Download GIF ↓- Open the intended task and read its brief, attached sources, status and steps. Check that the school, class, subject and period match your purpose.
- Read every activity, explanation, answer and reference. Verify facts and calculations against the original source. Check the selected national or international curriculum directly; an AI label does not establish alignment.
- Review language, accessibility, materials and timing. Plan what you will model, what learners will try and what you will observe. Remove unsupported claims and identifying details before sharing.
- For a revision, enter a specific Follow-up request and choose Send follow-up. State the change, such as simplifying an example or adding observation prompts. Each follow-up is another task and may use credits with the previously approved source categories.
- Read the revised draft again. If a task pauses for approval, inspect the target, proposed change and audience before Approve and run; use Not now when it needs more checking. Download an available file only after review, and verify the destination record after any approved save.
Mobile walkthrough
Check the page, school and current context.
Screen walkthrough · 0:45Download GIF ↓In Work on a phone, open a task card and scroll through the draft. Expand steps or supporting narrative as needed. Continue to the follow-up field below the conversation, submit once, then return to the top to check the revised brief and draft.
Save and verify
Reopen the revised task and compare it with the requested change. Check the downloaded file or saved destination separately; a history entry or Completed status does not show that a lesson was taught or that learners understood it.
Troubleshooting
A draft has an error or an unclear source?
Keep it as a draft. Check the original reference, ask a precise follow-up or prepare the material yourself. Do not approve an unclear record change or send action. Retry a failed task only after checking its status and credit history.
If an action fails, preserve your draft, read the error and check the connection. Reopen the same task or list before retrying to avoid duplicate submissions or extra credit use.
