Terms of Service — PSL Daily Challenge

Last reviewed 5 November 2026. These terms apply to the PSL Daily Challenge Android app (package com.psl.dailychallenge). They do not replace a school Workspace agreement or the Kurasa for Parents terms. Paid extra-practice details should be confirmed by the Kurasa business owner if catalogue prices change.

Who these terms are with

Kurasa Africa Ltd operates Problem Solvers League and this app. Nairobi, Kenya. Contact: hello@kurasa.org.

Accounts are held by a parent or guardian, not by the learner. The parent administers learners, purchases and notifications. The learner uses the daily set, avatar and league identity.

The service

The five-question daily set is free.
Credits and Exam Ready apply only to extra practice you choose.
League names use first name and last initial.
Community posts are templates from sets and badges, not an open chat.
Optional PSL Show tickets, brand challenges or teacher links, when shown in the app, follow the screens you confirm there.

Accounts

Sign-in uses email or phone codes. Keep those codes private. You may add more than one learner under the same parent account. You must have authority to create a profile for each learner.

Payments, credits, cancellation and refunds

Extra practice is paid with M-Pesa STK for the active learner. Nothing is billed unless you confirm the prompt on your phone. Cancelling an in-progress checkout in the app stops us polling that STK; it does not reverse a payment you already confirmed. Google Play Billing is not used in this build, so Play’s refund centre does not process these M-Pesa charges.

Credits and Exam Ready are applied to the learner shown at checkout. This app does not currently provide an in-app refund button for credit or Exam Ready purchases. If a payment succeeded but credits did not arrive, or a charge was made in error, write to hello@kurasa.org with the M-Pesa receipt. PSL Show orders may offer a refund request on the receipt screen when that event’s rules allow it. Statutory rights under Kenyan consumer law are not limited by this paragraph.

Acceptable use

Do not create a parent account for a child to hold as their own. Do not harass others on community or league features. Report posts you want reviewed. Do not attempt to reverse, scrape or misuse the daily set beyond ordinary family use.

In-app Help can open a WhatsApp community you choose to join. Privacy and account deletion: hello@kurasa.org (subject “Privacy — PSL Daily Challenge”) or the delete-account page.

Privacy, changes and closing the account

Personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Sign out is not deletion. Use the delete-account page to ask us to remove the family account. We may update the app and these terms; the review date above will change when we do.
