Platform Access and Security

  • When one is added as a parent, are they only able to access information for their child only or all the learners in the classroom?

    Parents have restricted access tailored only to their child’s educational records and updates to maintain privacy and security. 

  • Having one high-level control from the owner, how is the learner’s information secure from other admins and maybe parents accessing the same platform?

    Learner information is protected through role-based access controls that ensure only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data. Different access levels prevent unauthorized viewing or manipulation of learner records. 

  • Will the owner control the whole school or different owners for different classes?

    The platform allows for different access levels. A school can have one main owner with overarching control and additional owners or admins for specific classes or roles, ensuring decentralized management. 

  • Will a parent access information for other learners? Just for security.

    Parents will only have access to information specifically related to their child. Privacy filters ensure that they cannot view details about other learners. 

Usage and Functionality

  • Suppose the concept is not well understood and I want to re-do the lesson, what do I do?

    Kurasa allows teachers to revise and redo lesson plans as needed. You can easily access the lesson in question, make the necessary modifications, and re-apply the lesson framework. 

  • Can it be printed after lesson planning?

    Yes, Kurasa supports exporting lesson plans to printable formats allowing teachers to provide hard copies when required by school administrators. 

  • Can you tackle the progress record of learners?

    Yes, Kurasa provides comprehensive tools to monitor and record learners' academic progress, which can be regularly updated and reviewed for continuous assessment. 

  • If you insert the name of the learner wrongly, can you correct it?

    Yes, editing features are available for correcting any inaccuracies in learners' information, including names, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. 

Technical Support and Feedback

  • How are you going to motivate the participants?

    Motivation will be achieved through interactive and engaging training sessions, recognition of active participants, and providing certificates of completion that can add value to their professional development. 

  • I am having trouble logging in to my Kurasa account, could there be a delay in sending the verification link from your end? Kindly assist.

  • How can you help schools that don’t have laptops?

    Kurasa can be accessed on various devices, including tablets and smartphones, to ensure that schools without laptops can still participate fully in digital learning. 

  • What if those who are invited don’t accept the invite?

    We follow up with multiple communications to ensure stakeholders understand the importance and benefits. We also provide additional support to address any concerns they might have.
