Academy and the teacher’s own record

Learning for teachers, and a profile they control

Kurasa Academy is practical learning tied to the workspace. A public teaching profile and leagues based on a teacher’s own work are in development. Learner results are not the score.

Available now

Academy

Short learning for planning, assessment and the workspace, taken with the school team.

In development

A profile that moves with the teacher

The designed profile separates what the school confirms, what Kurasa counts, and what the teacher writes. The teacher chooses what is public. Pay, leave, appraisals and learner details are never on it.

Leagues

Leagues are designed around planning, assessment, attendance and Academy activity. They are not a ranking of learners.

A teacher’s public profile with school-confirmed work, Kurasa counts, and sections the teacher wrote.

Learn by doing

Connect professional learning to a task educators need to complete, such as preparing a lesson, reviewing assessment evidence or supporting a learner. Give participants an opportunity to apply the idea in context and discuss what they learned. Confirm the current formats and resources available for your group.

Support adoption

Build learning into the rollout of the school's chosen workflows. Identify the staff who need an introduction, the colleagues who can help and the routines that need follow-up. Review practical barriers after the first cycle and use that feedback to shape further support.

Share professional practice

Create space for educators to discuss an approach, adapt it to their classroom and reflect on the result. Use the resources and learning arrangements currently available through Academy. Ask about programme scope and support rather than assuming a particular course, certificate or training entitlement.

Learn through everyday school tasks

Professional learning is easier to apply when it is connected to a real teaching or leadership activity. Begin with planning a lesson, reviewing assessment evidence or preparing a report. Staff can practise a workflow, discuss what was difficult and use the next school week to strengthen their confidence.

Make adoption a continuing process

School leaders can identify a staff contact, make time for practice and check which questions keep recurring. Use those questions to guide further learning and support. Contact Kurasa to confirm current Academy learning options, delivery formats and any certification or seat arrangements relevant to your school or programme.

The problem

INSET that never touches Monday’s lesson fades. Teachers need practice beside the tools they open every morning.

In the programme

Work through modules that map to Workspace routines — planning, formative assessment, family updates — and take the next habit straight into class.

From the classroom record

Tied to the product

Learning references the same classroom jobs the software holds.

Short enough for term

Sessions fit around teaching — not a semester away from school.

For school cohorts

Heads can seat teams so practice is shared, not solitary.
