Delete your Kurasa for Parents account
Public request page for the Android app Kurasa for Parents (com.kurasa.mobile). You do not need to be signed into the app to send this request. Effective 5 November 2026.
What will be deleted
A valid request asks Kurasa to delete the parent login used in Kurasa for Parents and the family-app data tied to that login (profile, notification token we stored, in-app PSL access records we hold for that account).
School-managed Workspace records for a learner are not removed only because this app account is deleted. Ask the school if that record must change. Payment, security or legally required copies may be kept. On-device bookmarks and cached credentials are removed by uninstalling or clearing app storage.
Delete in the app
If you can still open the app: Account → Delete Account → enter the account email and password. That is the in-app path. It talks to Kurasa immediately. This web form is the path Google Play requires when you cannot open the app, and it is the path we review if in-app deletion cannot finish.

Use the form below. Choose personal-data deletion. Name the email on the Kurasa for Parents account. Do not paste learner records or passwords. We may write back to verify that you control that email. Sending the form does not itself finish deletion.
