The visit
Taita Hills are real. So is a temperate ridge an hour from the coast. Those sentences can stay short. The partnership sentence is longer: public-school heads already sit in KEPSHA. If Kurasa arrives in that room, it arrives through a structure the county already uses. The March 2025 note is a field report of that pipe, not a campaign film.
