Impact story
Kiunga is far. The 2023 note mentions antelope and warthog on the road because that is what the road held, not because the story is a safari. The job was a three-hour training: how to put learners, attendance, learning areas, lesson plans, schemes, formative and summative work onto Kurasa.

The sitting
People asked questions. They ran the exercises. Practical documents — the ones a teacher already has to keep — made more sense with an example than with a slide. Some staff already knew AI-assisted planning; others were new. The session had to hold both.
Intermittent internet. A moment when teacher details had to be captured under the administrator account. Not enough hours for the full syllabus of the product. Those snags are the job in a border school. Forty percent of teachers in the later 60 Decibels sample also hit a snag. Different year, same physics.
We do not claim Kiunga “went digital” after one afternoon. We do not show children’s faces from the original gallery. We do not turn wildlife into a brand motif.
