1:39that okay I have a great Future Vision for my school in fact ICT integration in

1:46all learning areas and for right now we are facing some challenges because of the system or the school the solar

1:53system has cracked down some of the digital device they have cracked down but I have that urge and I will that

2:02those kids in that area remote learning area that also they have that chance

2:08to have digital integration in learning and that is my hope that even the well

2:15wishers that even they can come and assist me so that in that school also those kids can have

2:25e-learning maybe our last one um seeing that you've been able to grow the ladder very quick

2:34temped who inspires you what inspires you to do the phenomenal things that you're doing yes as young as I am

2:43there's someone who inspired me and this person was not mean to the job once I

2:50was there as a simple teacher he encouraged me to work in the stores and also he showed me some of the work and

3:04and also seeing the school prospering also he motivated me and that one not other another one like the capture

3:19gave me that chance to manage the school in his absence as kep a chair and this

3:26one led me now to promote very fast and even I urge my fellow teachers who are

3:33down there to work hard not to be given incentive but for the benefit of the child and that one will LIF them very
