Interface labels are shown in English. Follow the translated steps below to find each control. Follow the sequence, review the recorded information and choose the next step.

Who can use this feature

Use your own school account. Teachers need the relevant class and learning-area allocations; reviewers need the school’s authorised review access. A visible menu does not grant permission to change another person’s work.

Before you start

Check school, academic year, term, curriculum and teaching allocation first. Keep the approved curriculum reference and school timetable available.

Confirm the scheme’s year, term and class/area. Teaching records must exist before recorded coverage can be reviewed.

Required and optional fields

These are review checks. Viewing filters or opening a record does not create a lesson or mark teaching complete.

  1. Open the intended scheme and its coverage/details view. Check the period and curriculum reference.
  2. Compare planned lessons with lessons recorded as taught. Open a relevant strand or lesson row.
  3. Review open indicators and unfinished weeks alongside the underlying lesson and session records.
  4. Ask the responsible teacher whether a gap is unrecorded work, unfinished teaching or a setup issue.
  5. Agree the next lesson or record correction, then review the relevant records again after that work.

If section tabs are hidden on a phone, open More where available. Swipe wide tables sideways to reach every column.

On a phone, open the school menu and the feature named in the steps. Use the same school, year and class checks. Open one form or lesson at a time and scroll inside its panel.

Tap a selector and search within its list. Choose upstream fields first. Close the keyboard to reach lower fields and the final action; review the whole form before submitting.

Reopen the saved item from the list. Use landscape or a larger screen for a wide planning grid; the written steps remain available beside each walkthrough.

Save and verify

The team can explain each gap and who will follow up. Coverage of recorded activity does not by itself show learner understanding.

Troubleshooting

A curriculum choice is missing

Confirm school, year, curriculum and allocation. Select the preceding item and wait for loading; clear the search filter. Ask the administrator to check curriculum support if the list remains empty.

The coverage count differs from the expected total

Check filters, term dates, curriculum references and saved teaching sessions. Compare the underlying rows before interpreting or exporting totals.

The action did not complete

Read the validation message and correct the named field. If a request may have succeeded, check the saved list before retrying. Keep the draft open until its saved version is confirmed.
