Who can use this feature
Use your own account and check the school before opening records. Account checks do not grant a school role. Ask an authorised school administrator to review missing membership, class assignments or feature access; families use their own approved learner links.
Before you start
Use the email or phone registered to your account and access to that inbox or device. Open the official sign-in page from this website. School membership is checked after sign-in.
Required and optional fields
Follow the requirements of the form you are using. The diagnostic details below help you check the problem; they are not a separate form or a request to change your account.
| Field | Requirement | Format or example | Prerequisite |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-in and verification | Required when applicable | Use the registered email, or phone and applicable country code. A password is required only for its route; a one-time code has six digits. Use the current destination and the newest code. | Current account, selected school/year, saved setup records and the actual form’s requirements. |
Picklist prerequisites
Country choices come from enabled markets. Email-code, password and phone routes have different controls. Workspace choices come from membership after sign-in, not from the language or country selected on this website.

Screen walkthrough · 0:45Download GIF ↓- Choose the returning-user route and enter your registered email or phone. Check the country code when using a phone; available phone sign-in depends on the selected market.
- For email and password, check the email shown before entering your own password. If needed, choose the email-code, sign-in-link or forgotten-password route offered on the screen.
- For a code, check the displayed email or phone, use the newest six-digit code and enter it once. The code can submit automatically when all six digits are filled.
- If it is invalid or expired, check the destination, wait for the displayed resend countdown and request a new code. Check junk mail and delivery on your own device. Do not repeatedly request codes while waiting.
- After successful verification, open the intended school and check its name. If sign-in still fails, record the error and time for support. Never give anyone your password, code or sign-in link.
Mobile walkthrough
On a phone, scroll to the code and recovery controls. Check all six boxes and the displayed destination. Keep the sign-in tab open while checking your inbox. The example shows an invalid-code response and the route back to check the email; it does not change a password.

Confirm the account identity and intended school after signing in. A requested code or email is not a completed sign-in, and sign-in alone does not create school membership.
Troubleshooting
No code, expired link or repeated sign-in error?
Check the exact destination and newest message, then use the offered resend or recovery route. Respect the countdown and any rate-limit message. Ask support with the error and time if it continues; leave out credentials.
Before retrying a save or send, reopen the same record and check whether it was already saved or queued. Keep the original wording and error. Repeated clicks can create duplicate actions.
