60 Decibels’ own headline was that female teachers reported deeper impact. The supporting numbers are specific. They do not license a campaign line about “empowering women in STEM.”

78% of female teachers said quality of life very much improved, against 67% of male teachers
One hundred and twenty-six of the 208 interviews were with women. They were more likely to say quality of life had very much improved (78% against 67%). Their NPS was 45 against 34. Seventy-five percent of women used the platform five days a week, against 66% of men. Of those who gained admin time, 41% of women against 32% of men used it for personalised learning.
Women over 35 reported stronger movement in classroom participation and academics than women under 35. That is in the segmentation tables; it is not a product targeting brief.
The inclusivity ratio is 0.46 — bottom 40% of the education benchmark. 60 Decibels uses it to estimate whether an organisation reaches less well-off clients. This study does not show that Kurasa is reaching the poorest teachers. Do not write that sentence.
