Teachers say classroom participation and academics moved

This is the finding 60 Decibels flagged as a loyalty driver. It is also the finding that is easiest to overclaim. These are teachers describing their classes, not a national exam series.

90% reported increased in-classroom participation

Ninety percent said in-classroom participation had increased. Eighty-seven percent said academic performance had increased. Asked how, they named improved assessment (44%), more one-on-one attention (40%), and identifying weaknesses (27%).

Satisfaction followed that line almost too cleanly. Teachers who reported improved academics had an NPS of 51 — the education benchmark, coincidentally. Teachers who reported no change sat at −30. How the platform shows up for learners is, in this sample, how teachers decide whether to recommend it.

The human story in the same report makes the mechanism plain: when registers and write-ups take less of the period, a P1 teacher can walk the room. That is not a test score. It is a description of time.
