0:23handling a grade 8 Integrated Science uh when I come to school I do

0:30check a few number of things to make sure that the school routine is properly

0:37managed one I check the attendance of the Learners go

0:44around I also come to my office and I check this book how teachers have

0:51reported plus I still open my laptop here to see if teachers have done their

0:59work through classa platform lesson planning marking the runners

1:06register and maybe appr proding of any other material that would have required

1:12as the head of institution before there was the initiative of the school to have

1:20cr a platform I used to ask my Deputy head teacher to make sure that all the lesson

1:28plans are done together with the senior teacher today I'm able

1:37to monitor that one and leave that Duty from my senior teacher and the deputy

1:45who used to assist me in doing the same I do it here on the teachers desk and

1:54I'm able to know teachers who have marked the register teachers who have started lesson using the the gadgets and

2:03teaching the Learners in their respective lessons I'm able to monitor that one I'm

2:09also able to know how these teachers are covering the curriculum designs as

2:19Guided by the KICD through the M this platform enables me to monitor

2:26that one from where I am whether in school or outside the school if only I have the computer or my

2:36mobile phone I'm able to do that there before I couldn't have been able to do

2:44that I needed to call the deputy or the head teacher uh the senior teacher to know what is happening but today can do

2:52it from wherever I am as a hand of institution I was also

3:00realized the value of going digital and embracing

3:08technology it's making my management easier and too much dun work is no

3:16longer there for me I can recommend uh this platform called

3:26CL I mean CLA to be embraced by all heads of institution as it enables them

3:33to manage their schools effectively you're able to monitor individual Learners how they are performing in the

3:42class you're able to see how the teachers are assessing the Learners and therefore you can tell them the

3:49performance of individual Learners so today as a digital teacher I would say we

3:59Embrace technology it is the way to go
