Based on user feedback, you can now raise and track support tickets directly from the platform, without emails, calls, or switching tools. Everything happens in one place.
What Is the Kurasa Support Feature? #
The Kurasa Support Feature allows you to:
- Report issues directly from your dashboard
- Track the progress of your request in real time
- Communicate with the Kurasa support team in one place
- Get faster and more organized support
This feature is available across the platform and is designed to improve your overall experience.
How to Raise a Support Ticket on Kurasa #
Follow these simple steps:
- Click the 📢 Announcement icon at the top right of your screen
- Select the Support tab
- Submit your issue or question with the required details
- Your support ticket is created instantly
Once submitted, your request is logged and visible to both you and our support team.
How to Track Your Support Ticket #
After submitting a ticket, you can:
- View updates and responses from the support team
- Check the status of your request anytime
- Follow progress until the issue is resolved
All updates are available directly under the Support tab, so you never lose track of your request.
