Viewing and downloading lesson plans on Kurasa allows teachers to review planned lessons, keep offline copies, and share documentation for accountability. All lesson plans created on the platform are stored securely and can be accessed at any time.
This article explains how to find, view, and download lesson plans step by step.
Before You Begin #
To view or download a lesson plan:
- You must be logged into your Kurasa workspace
- You must have already created at least one lesson plan
- Lesson planning must be enabled for your assigned subjects
All lesson plans are accessed from the Teacher section.
Step-by-Step: Viewing Lesson Plans on Kurasa #
Step 1: Open the Lesson Plans Section #
From the main menu:
- Click on Lesson Plans under the Teacher section
- Select All Lesson Plans
This displays a list of lesson plans you have created.
Step 2: Filter Lesson Plans #
Use the available filters to narrow down your lesson plans by:
- Class
- Grade
- Learning area (subject)
This helps you locate a specific lesson plan quickly.
Step 3: Select a Lesson Plan #
- Click on the lesson plan you want to view
- Select View Details
The lesson plan opens in a detailed view, showing all planned lesson components.
Step 4: Open Download Options #
While viewing the lesson plan:
- Click on the options menu (three-dot icon)
- Select View as File or Download
Step 5: Download the Lesson Plan #
- The lesson plan is generated as a downloadable file
- Save the file to your device
You can now access the lesson plan offline or print it if required.

When to Download a Lesson Plan #
Teachers commonly download lesson plans to:
- Keep offline teaching records
- Share lesson documentation with school administration
- Prepare printed lesson files
- Support lesson supervision or audits
Downloading does not affect the original lesson plan stored on Kurasa.
Important Notes #
- Downloaded lesson plans are read-only copies
- Editing must be done directly on Kurasa
- Any updates made online will not reflect on previously downloaded files
To make changes, return to the lesson plan on the platform and update it there.
