CBC’s language is inclusive. The room often is not: a girl told STEM is not hers, a pathway choice steered by prestige, a staffroom that still hears “for the boys.” The October 2024 original said “empowering the girl child.” This rewrite keeps the weekday jobs that would actually change her week.

Call on her. Close formative evidence so a quiet pass is visible. Do not treat Arts and Sports as the consolation pathway. Career talk should start from interest and the school that actually offers the track — the pathways dest says the same to every learner.
Sixty Decibels asked female teachers about Kurasa. That study lives on its own post. This page will not borrow those figures as if they described girls in Grade 7. Esther Diera, on the fireside, says she once thought maths was not for her. That sentence is a teacher talking to learners. It is not a national rate.
We will not write that the product “empowers the girl child.” Workspace holds her record like anyone else’s. Daily Challenge is five questions after supper for the household that opens it. Parents who see the year can argue for a pathway that is hers.
