Mentorship is the colleague who already survived that period, sitting beside them. It is not a badge and it is not a Kurasa product name.

A network so the new teacher is not alone in a staffroom that already overflowed. Those are ordinary claims. They still hold.
Time on the timetable, not a stolen break. A mentor who still teaches, not only a title. A pair on the same week — the scheme, the register, the grey strand — rather than a cascade workshop. QASOs can facilitate a lesson-study group; they should not replace the corridor colleague. Retention later is a different essay. This page will not pretend mentorship solves pay.
