CBC asked teachers to facilitate competencies — differentiate, assess while the lesson is warm, put a device in the week — not only to finish a syllabus. A one-off workshop does not hold that. Continuous professional development does, if it is the actual week, rehearsed, then used on Monday.

Kurasa Academy is practical professional learning on the weekday jobs. It is not a Teachers Service Commission licence, not official TPD points, and not a substitute for KICD documents.

Differentiated instruction that is not three private classrooms. Collaborative work when the task needs more than one head. Formative checks closed before the class stands up. ICT as the register and the scheme, not a private college course. Those are CBC jobs. They are also the jobs a Kurasa sitting rehearses.
Academy is the product page for that rehearsal. Training day is a weekday, not a certificate mill. A paper, if one is issued, is a record of attendance. It does not future-proof a career and it does not replace the TSC file. Mentorship in the staffroom is a different page. Official TPD, if a named course still runs, should be dated on its own landing — do not keep a ghost.
