Overview

Start with your school and user roles. Prepare the current-year classes, invite staff, confirm teaching responsibilities and place learners in the right class. Each guide explains the fields, earlier setup, saved-record checks and common problems for its task.

Follow the numbered guides from sign-in to the first-week checklist. If a step is already complete, check it with the person responsible before moving on. A role, invitation, class assignment and learning-area allocation are separate parts of setup.

Before you start

Bring the school’s agreed structure, checked staff contacts and learner list. Confirm the national or enabled international curriculum and current year with the administrator. Use the exact curriculum names that apply to the school.

If a choice is missing, start with the school, role, year, curriculum and existing allocations. Resolve the setup question before creating another school, user or learner record.
