Overview

Who can use this feature

Sign in to the correct school with your own account. Teachers use their allocated classes and learning areas; school-wide views require an authorised leadership role and the relevant enabled module. Ask the school administrator to check access if a section is missing.

Before you start

Agree the teaching week and review scope. Check the school calendar, allocations and timetable before comparing records. Use the school’s configured curriculum: for example Ghana’s CCP content standards and indicators, or Kenya’s CBC/CBE learning areas. Follow the separate country guides when setup differs.

Complete the teacher or school-leader review. Have unresolved planning, attendance and observation items together with their responsible people.

  1. Recheck the selected week and dates. Inspect pending saves or errors in the original lesson, attendance and assessment records.
  2. Confirm what was taught and recorded using the available sources. Keep unfinished activity, unmarked registers and unobserved learners distinct.
  3. For each open item, agree the next action, responsible person and check-in date. Record the handover in the school’s usual review notes.
  4. Move to the coming week’s calendar and prepare lessons and resources around the agreed actions. Check curriculum sequence and timetable before copying a plan.
  5. Reopen updated records to verify saved state. Return to outstanding items at the agreed check-in rather than marking them complete for the weekly review.

On a phone, open the section menu and select the named view. The lesson-plan section selector may replace desktop tabs. Swipe the calendar or wide tables horizontally; use landscape when helpful. Check the week or date again after navigating.

On a phone, verify each saved record before moving to the next section. Use the calendar dates to confirm that preparation belongs to the coming week.

After a permitted update, wait for confirmation and reopen the saved record. Check whether an earlier request succeeded before retrying. Review counts only after confirming the same dates, classes and filters.

Save and verify

The next week begins with usable preparation and visible follow-up. Save each lesson, register or observation through its own workflow and keep the handover in your school’s review notes.

Troubleshooting

An unresolved item remains at the end of the week

Carry it forward with a responsible person and check-in date. Use the original record’s permitted correction path; do not backdate or invent evidence to finish the review.

A view or choice is missing

Check school, role, enabled module, allocations and current filters. Complete the prerequisite setup first. A loading error or empty filtered view does not establish that no record exists.
