Copying prepares your own plan; sharing sends an existing plan to a colleague. Check the action and recipient before committing.

Who can use this feature
Use your own school account. Teachers need the relevant class and learning-area allocations; reviewers need the school’s authorised review access. A visible menu does not grant permission to change another person’s work.
Before you start
Check school, academic year, term, curriculum and teaching allocation first. Keep the approved curriculum reference and school timetable available.
Open the correct saved plan. Cloning depends on school settings and compatible class/subject allocations.

Save and verify
For a copy, reopen the new plan in your list. For sharing, verify the intended colleague received the source plan.
Troubleshooting
A curriculum choice is missing
Confirm school, year, curriculum and allocation. Select the preceding item and wait for loading; clear the search filter. Ask the administrator to check curriculum support if the list remains empty.
No compatible class is offered for a copy
Check cloning settings and same-level/subject allocations. Ask the administrator to resolve access rather than altering the source curriculum.
The action did not complete
